Lauren is a technical expert in disability-inclusive programming and has extensive experience working for small-medium sized international development charities in a senior programmatic role. After completing her MA in Development Studies, Lauren worked as an International Development Research Portfolio Manager for the Disability Centre at UCL funded by DFID and Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
Lauren is currently a member of Sense International’s Board of Trustees in the UK and is also the Co-Founder and Director of FACE Uganda, a small NGO working towards the empowerment of women in rural Uganda.
