We hosted our Annual Gala 2022 on November 17th at Mansion House. We were able to celebrate our achievements in 2022 and welcome many of you to join us.
Again, we would like to thank everyone who contributed towards the evening to make the event a success. Together, we raised over £64,000 that will help us change the lives of children with disabilities in Africa.
During the evening we heard the story of Juliet – a bright, bubbly, confident thirteen-year-old from Tanzania. She also has hydrocephalus, and low vision. The journey Juliet’s family have been on to understand how to better support their daughter, is one shared by many parents of children with disabilities across Africa. But thanks to the support of Able Child Africa and our partner Child Support Tanzania, Juliet is now empowered to fulfil her potential.
